Miele Professional have unveiled their new stackable Octoplus laundry solutions, enabling laundries to double throughout whilst saving on space.
Designed to include more capacity into a smaller footprint, the washer-dryer PWT 6089/PT 7189 or dryer-dryer stacks PTT 7189/PT 7189 are Miele’s most energy-efficient stackable machines.
The new combinations bring together either a washer-extractor and a tumble dryer, each designed for an 8kg load, or two tumble dryers with the same capacity, stacked one on top of the other.
These versions are an ideal proposition for customers with large volumes of laundry to wash but little space in which to install machines, such as hotels, restaurants, care homes, sports clubs and fire stations.
Together the washer-extractor and the tumble dryer stand just under 2m in height. To make the machines in both combinations simpler to use, the joint control panel in each case is located between the two machines and incorporates two displays.
The range of programmes available comprises more than 50 washer and 30 dryer programmes. Alongside basic washing and drying programmes, there are many specific target-group cycles, grouped together in programme packages for hotels, care homes and small businesses.
The dryer-dryer stack offers 16 basic programmes and 22 target group programmes and is provides an ideal proposition for a wide range of different loads.
