The company supplies contractors and surface installers with coloured EPDM Charles Lawrence International is changing its name to Conica as of January 2015. The change comes as a result of the acquisition of the company by the Munich-based Serafin Group in October 2013.
Under the new name, Conica will continue to provide the same tyre recycling services, supplying rubber granulate to sport, leisure and other industries. The company also supplies contractors and surface installers with coloured EPDM, colour coated materials, recycled EPDM and polyurethane binders manufactured by its Swiss sister company for safe, durable sports and playground surfaces across the UK.
There will be no changes to the management of the company and Newark will continue to be the company’s main operating base, with an expansion of the site facilities already underway.
